NEGOTIATORS THANK MEMBERS FOR SUPPORT

Members of the Local 506 Negotiating Committee, President Frank Fusco, Chief Plant Steward Dave Kitchen and Business Agent Pat Rafferty credit the aggressive role members played leading up to and during negotiations for being able to push a number of harmful and costly Company initiatives off the table. According to the negotiators,

"Membership involvement was also responsible for helping the committee advance key bargaining goals, which helped secure a fairly balanced package with a few significant breakthroughs"

The Officers would like to thank the stewards and the members of the executive board for their dedication and hard work during negotiations. "The Local 506 representatives did a good job in providing a steady stream of information to members in the Plant."

Finally, the Officers would like to thank every member who took the time to study the Tentative Agreement and exercised their right to vote on Tuesday.
