2010 Maximum Rate for Workers Compensation

RE: 2010 Maximum Rate for Workers Compensation
Effective: January 1, 2010

The weekly maximum rate for workers injured on or after January 1, 2010 will increase from $836.00 a week to $845.00.

*Note: You must be eligible for the maximum rate to qualify for the $845.00. If your Average Weekly Wage (as determined by the State) is $1,267.50 or more, you will qualify for the maximum rate.
